| To adjust the drive ratio, with the provided allen wrench loosen the setscrew in the flyer drive wheel, press the end of the crank arm to move the big wheel away from the drive wheel and move the drive wheel out the flyer shaft for higher ratio or in towards the center of the wheel for lower. Retighten in desired position. Do not over tighten or the setscrew will leave notches in the flyer shaft making it harder to move the drive wheel on the shaft. If you hear a clicking sound while operating the wheel it could be the setscrew is too loose. Try tightening it tighter. | |
